Make hotel reservations early!  A block of rooms is set aside at low convention rates of $279.00/night plus $25.00/night resort fee plus applicable taxes. Make hotel reservations online or call (888) 236-2427 to make reservations. If calling, refer to "Transplant Management Group" to ensure convention rates. Reserve your hotel rooms early as rooms typically sell out each year.

  • Team Discount: Two (2) or more attendees from the same organization may deduct $100.00/attendee from the registration fee. Enter Discount Code "TEAM" to receive discount.

  • Exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary registration. Additional exhibitor representatives can register as Attendees using the Discount Code "TEAM" to receive $100 off the regular registration fee.

Substitutions/Cancellations:
Notice of cancellation must be received 10 business days (10/13/2025) before the workshop. We regret that cancellations will not be accepted after that date. However, we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your organization. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.
