8/28/2026 update: The Coronado Marriott Resort & Spa conference block is now sold out for Sunday, 8/11, Monday, 8/12 and Tuesday, 8/13.


The hotel recommends the following options:

Coronado Island Glorietta Bay Inn Resort – 1.6 miles from the workshop venue.

Marriott Marquis – across the bay from the workshop venue (ferry or taxi/rideshare).

Coronado Island Best Western Plus – walking distance (0.5 miles) from the workshop venue.

Make hotel reservations early!  A block of rooms is set aside at low convention rates of $299.00/night plus applicable taxes. Make hotel reservations online or call (888) 236-2427 to make reservations. If calling, refer to "Transplant Management Group" to ensure convention rates. Reserve your hotel rooms early as rooms typically sell out each year.

Substitutions/Cancellations:
Notice of cancellation must be received 10 business days (9/28/2026) before the workshop. We regret that cancellations will not be accepted after that date. However, we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your organization. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.
